Wedding Proposal Generator
Turn a wedding inquiry into a branded, editable proposal draft — packages, timeline outline and next steps, generated in your browser.
A wedding inquiry usually sits in an inbox while the vendor finds time to turn it into a proposal — and the couple books whoever replied first with something professional. This generator covers that first step: answer a short questionnaire about the event (date, venue, guest count, style, your packages) and it assembles a branded proposal draft with a cover, a package table, a service timeline outline, a deposit and payment terms outline, and clear next steps.
Answer the questionnaire and this page assembles a branded proposal draft you can edit, copy or print. Nothing is uploaded — the answers, and your logo if you add one, live only in this page’s memory.

How to use
About this tool
Everything happens in your browser. There is no account, no upload and no server copy of the questionnaire — your client’s answers exist only in this page’s memory until you copy, print or export the draft yourself. An optional logo is previewed from your own device and is gone when the page closes. Because the output is a business document, generation is gated by a short declaration: the result is a draft, not a contract and not legal, contractual or financial advice.
Read and edit everything before you send it. The payment and cancellation sections are outlines with bracketed blanks, not finished legal terms — replace them with your own reviewed terms or have counsel check them. Prices, hours and deliverables come straight from what you typed, so verify them against your real packages before the proposal reaches a client.
Frequently asked questions
Is the proposal a contract?
No. The generator produces a draft proposal only — a structured starting point you review and edit. It is not a contract and not legal, contractual or financial advice, and verystep does not provide attorney services. Use your own reviewed terms, or have counsel review them, before anything is sent or signed.
Where do my client’s answers go?
Nowhere. The questionnaire, the optional logo and the generated draft are processed by JavaScript in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to verystep servers, saved to an account or written to persistent storage. Closing the page or pressing Clear all removes everything from memory.
Why do I have to tick a declaration before generating?
Because the tool drafts a client-facing business document, the declaration keeps the workflow honest: you confirm the output is a draft, that it is not legal or financial advice, and that you will review and edit it before sending. The Generate button stays locked until you tick it.
Can I save the proposal as a PDF?
Yes — use the Print / Save as PDF button and choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog. The print view contains only the proposal document. You can also copy the full text into your own document or email tool.
Can I use my own logo and brand colour?
Yes. Upload a logo (it is held only in this page’s memory and disappears when you close the page) and pick a brand colour; both are applied to the proposal cover. Leave them unset and the draft uses a clean neutral design.
I need saved templates and a history of past proposals. Where is that?
That is the companion version on SkillAisle, built for vendors who want accounts, saved templates and proposal history. This verystep version is deliberately stateless: open the page, generate, export, done.
