No repeats mode draws like pulling names from a hat.
How it works
The generator uses your browser's cryptographic random source (crypto.getRandomValues) — the same primitive behind TLS keys — not the weaker Math.random(). Every number in your range has exactly equal probability.
The "no repeats" option draws without replacement: it shuffles the full range with the Fisher–Yates algorithm and deals numbers off the top, so you will never see the same value twice until the range is exhausted.
